Welcome to Puspa Travels. By accessing our website (puspatourtravels.in) or booking any of our cab rentals, airport transfers, or custom tour packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Quotes

All rate quotations provided through our instant quote forms, phone calls, or WhatsApp consultations are calculated based on transparent flat-rate models (local packages or outstation distance parameters). Bookings are confirmed only upon verification of travel details and scheduling alignment by our operations team.

3. Pricing and Payment Policies

We maintain a strict transparent pricing policy with zero hidden fees. However, additional charges may apply under specific circumstances:

• Extra Kilometers & Hours: Usage exceeding the booked local package limits (e.g., 8 hours / 80 km) or outstation daily minimums will incur additional charges as per our published vehicle tariff structure.
• Tolls & Parking: State tolls, parking fees, and interstate permits are managed according to the agreed quotation terms.
• Payments: We accept verified payments via UPI, bank transfers, or cash directly paid to authorized personnel or drivers.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain appropriate conduct during transit. Puspa Travels reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if passengers engage in unlawful behavior, mistreat drivers, or cause intentional damage to our vehicles.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your travel dates or vehicle selection, please notify our booking desk as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation policies and potential adjustments will be coordinated transparently depending on the dispatch status.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee top-tier vehicle maintenance, verified experienced drivers, and punctuality (including live flight tracking for airport pickups), Puspa Travels shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by severe weather conditions, highway blockades, political demonstrations, or mechanical emergencies beyond reasonable control.
